The office of Strata Master Pty Ltd is open 9:00am to 5:00pm – Monday to Friday.

You can lodge a maintenance request via email info@stratamaster.com.au In the event of an emergency only, outside office hours, weekends, or public holidays, the following tradesmen should be used. Tenants should contact their managing agent and use their preferred contractors in the event of an emergency.

Please be aware that the Owners Corporation may not accept responsibility if it is not a genuine emergency affecting the common property, and costs may be recharged to the owner.
