Moving In/Out
No furniture can be moved through the ground floor foyers. All items must be brought in via the car park (except Ground Floor units where entry can be via the garden courtyard).
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: No moves allowed
Parking for Removalists
Allowed in the car park driveway but only the exit lane may be blocked. It is not permitted to hold open entry doors or pedestrian gates.
Maximum Car Park Height Clearance: 2.2m
Before moving in/out, you must register your date at least 72 hours in advance to arrange protective curtains in the lift. Please email info@stratamaster.com.au to book in.
Any damage to common property during your move will be repaired at your cost.
